In addition to the requirements above, when transferring ownership on a vehicle when the previous owner is deceased, the following is required:

Probated will:

• Letters of Testamentary

No will or will is not probated:

• Copy of Death Certificate
• Affidavit for Assignment of Title for a Vehicle From a Deceased Owner Whose Estate Does Not Require Probate/"Next of Kin" Form. You may pick up this form at any Probate Office location or download the form using the button below.
